Slack Workflow Builder

As lead designer at Robots & Pencils, I helped create 'Missions', an innovative workflow automation tool for Slack. The product's success led to Slack acquiring our small team, after which I joined Slack and partnered with fellow designer Diogenes Brito to evolve it into what became Slack's Workflow Builder. Workflow Builder was a no-code product that enabled anyone to create simple workflows for Slack. Working as a collaborative design team from conception to launch, we drove the end-to-end design process alongside product, engineering, and marketing teams to shape both the product vision and user experience. The tool has since become a cornerstone of Slack's platform, with users launching billions of automated workflows to streamline their work.
